Village of Taneyville is currently seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Taneyville, MO area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities within a designated area, including plumbing and electrical. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, responsible, values integrity, and is a task‑driven individual with sustainable experience. Workers should be able to fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.

• Plumbing work
• Painting
• Repair of equipment and buildings
• Groundskeeping of public spaces

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a maintenance role
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a heavy equipment role
• Must be able to work on‑call as needed
• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen (in conjunction with a federal motor vehicle record check)
• No significant injuries within the past five years; no history of work‑related accidents or injuries

Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Must have a Driver’s License
