Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient production;
Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry);
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units;
Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry);
Clean and maintain outside landscape and trash removal;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor
