We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join our team.

• Maintain the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determine the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Order supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Perform general repairs needed, such as painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Coordinate or inspect, operate, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and ability to use them.
• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues.
