* What You Will Do:

*** Help maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
* Inspect rooms and equipment, identify issues, and assist with repairs
* Assist with preventive maintenance planning and tracking
* Make sure your team has the supplies and tools they need
* Help schedule the engineering team based on business needs
* Follow and report on all safety procedures and equipment issues
** What We Are Looking For:
*** 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience—helps you jump in without skipping a beat
* Basic computer skills—you’ll use work order systems and company tools
* Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
* Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
* HVAC certification and hotel experience are a plus—they help you hit the ground running
