Spinnaker Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep resort buildings, grounds, and common areas clean, safe, and orderly. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure high-quality guest experiences across our properties.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, equipment installations, and responding to maintenance requests. This role requires 2+ years in maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules
