We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Care Technician to join our team at a beautiful lakefront resort in Branson, MO. This role focuses on general property maintenance and repair to ensure our resort remains in excellent condition for our guests.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the resort property.
• Address routine repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical work.
• Inspect property areas regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of resort facilities as needed.

• Experience in property care or maintenance technician role preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift moderate weights.
