We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, showcasing expertise in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.

• Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
• Develop and implement menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
• Lead by example in the kitchen, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and creativity.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

• Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar role within a restaurant environment.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and culinary techniques.
• Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes.
• Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and front‑of‑house staff.
• Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not mandatory.
