Position Overview
BRATTLEBORO UNION HIGH SCHOOL – Full‑time custodian, 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Monday‑Friday. Calendar year benefited position. Wage Grade 3 ($18.96–$26.73 per hour, depending on experience). 8 hours per shift.
Responsibilities- Cleans assigned school facilities, classrooms, offices, restrooms, shops, and common areas.
- Maintains supplies and equipment.
- Assists with arranging furnishings and equipment for meetings, classroom activities, and special events.
- Responds to immediate safety or operational concerns and takes appropriate action to resolve them.
- Lifts up to 50 pounds unassisted.
