We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who is comfortable leading people and solving problems on the plant floor.
The strongest candidate will understand how to move a maintenance organization from simply reacting to equipment failures toward a more proactive, reliability focused operation. You should be comfortable working with mechanics and electricians, troubleshooting equipment, developing your team, and partnering with production and engineering to reduce downtime.
This role is well suited for someone who can lead from the floor, not just from an office.
COMPENSATIONThe salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. Candidates who bring additional technical capabilities that could benefit the organization may be considered above this range.
