* ** Remote Support Specialist
** in the  
** Pacific Southwest Region** .

In this role, you will leverage your HVAC knowledge and Controls skills to analyze, remotely diagnose, and optimize a variety of connected commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.  This role is primarily focused on supporting our Connected Mechanical Service Agreement customers.

** What you'll be doing:*
* A Remote Support Specialist (RSS) is a unique position dedicated to supporting Trane Digital Services and Connected Mechanical customers. The RSS will utilize Trane Connect and Command Center to enable/map/tune equipment analytics, view remote diagnostics, perform connected Inspections on BAS systems & mechanical equipment and perform system optimizations. Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring critical building metrics, checking systems & equipment for operational integrity, and making small-scale adjustments to a building system programming.

The Remote Support Specialist is part of the Digital Services Team and works in collaboration with salespersons, technicians other team members as well as customers.
