Why do we need you?

To repair and maintain the physical structure of the hotel using hand tools and power tools.

What you will do:
  • Maintains hotel by performing minor routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
  • Training resources for Engineers.
  • Monitors performance compliance to accept building standards by Engineers II & III.
  • Respond in a courteous manner to all guests questions, compliant, and/or request to ensure strong guests satisfaction.
  • Replaces air conditioner filters.
  • Notifies management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
  • May tend furnace, air conditioner, and boiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.
  • Execution of assigned tasks, projects, or programs, as instructed by the department’s management and ensure completion competently within a given time.
  • To ensure any work requests that may come from the hotel guests or senior management are responded to within a given time. All such requests are to be recorded along with what action is taken.
  • Required to always be in uniform when working on the property, including wearing a name identification badge.
  • Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company.
  • All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.

    This position is full‑time with a rotating Mon‑Sun schedule
    . Ability to work any scheduled day of the week, including holidays, based on business needs is required.
