Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing
• Maintain grounds, including pool and spa (if applicable)
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-worker and other departments

• Minimum six months of experience in the building industry, maintenance, or housekeeping handling the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and structural matters. Knowledge of building construction is helpful.
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Written and verbal communication skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
• Compliance with COVID-19 and other communicable disease preventive measures as required by Oakmont Management Group
