Employment Type: Part-Time
Department: Resort Operations – Engineering Maintenance Facilities
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join the team at Valdoro Mountain Lodge in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. In this role, you'll help ensure our resort remains safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained for guests and team members by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members
Assist with preventative maintenance programs
Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects and repairs efficiently
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively
Support efforts to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the resort
Requirements Must HavePrevious maintenance experience or experience in a related field
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues and guests
Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Nice to HaveHospitality, resort, hotel, or property maintenance experience
Preventative maintenance experience
Trade certifications or vocational training in maintenance‑related fields
