Coral Tree Residence Collection is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager at Crystal Peak Lodge in Breckenridge, CO. This hands-on role covers building systems, guest units, and front-of-house needs with a focus on safety and reliability.
You’ll handle preventive maintenance, in-unit work orders via Breezeway, and basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, and HVAC. On-call rotation and winter readiness are part of the schedule.
