- Manage/ perform maintenance tasks on company assets.
- Secure estimates on asset repairs for review
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance/ repairs through vendors.
- Develops maintenance policies and procedures.
- Orders tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests.
- Document/ Track service and repairs
- Complete Performance Checks on assets equipment including preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Carryout regular preventive maintenance on equipment/fixtures/tools/ trailers/vehicles/etc to mitigate damage.
- Assist in the purchase of equipment, tools, parts, etc.
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance and minor repairs on all company vehicles including light vehicles, heavy equipment, and transportation equipment.
- Complete in-service training of staff on proper cleaning and daily maintenance of equipment
- Identify operating challenges that lead to damage of assets.
- Work with peers and management to develop, implement and refine Preventative Maintenance actions.
- Provide technical recommendations (advice and/or reports) for any equipment issues.
- Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts on assets.
- Transport tools, materials, equipment to vendors and jobsites. CDL Required.
- Complete all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and work hand and hand with our Warehouse Manager and field staff
- Report directly to the Vice President of Operations, Ryan Litteken.
