Team members work alongside experienced technicians to enhance expertise in HVAC/R maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance. What you'll do:

* Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.

* Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment or fixtures, documenting wear, repair needs, and replacement requirements.

* Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, diagnosing issues with appropriate tools and manuals.

* Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.

* Order parts, track expenses, submit warranty claims, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

* Provide expert advice to support continuous improvement and align maintenance efforts with business needs.

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and facility repair to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

* Skilled in electrical diagnostics and repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using technical manuals and blueprints.

* Proficiency in utilizing hand and power tools, hoists, and other equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.

* Ability to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination while ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

* Strong attention to detail in documenting maintenance activities, repair needs, and capital expense information.

* Commitment to quality workmanship aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
