Work Schedule: Part‑time, Swing Shift

Compensation: $21.52 per hour, eligible for a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

• Restroom Cleaning – sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors; restock supplies; collect trash and replace liners; sweep and mop floor; follow cross‑contamination procedures.
• Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum per schedule; spot entry doors.
• Cleaning halls and high traffic areas – sweep, mop, vacuum per schedule.
• Cleaning entrances and exits – sweep, mop, vacuum per schedule.
• Trash – collect from lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker daily; office areas per schedule.
• Restocking supplies daily.
• Dusting – lunch/coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker areas; dust‑free areas only.
• Cleaning stairwells – sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe handrails per schedule.
• Cleaning portable showers – clean stalls, damp wipe for dust, restock supplies, mop floors following cross‑contamination procedures.
• Maintaining lockers – clean, organize, rinse equipment prior to storage.
• Wet/Dry mopping – each floor per schedule.
• Sweeping – each area per schedule.
• Communicating with customers – always courteous and professional.
• Work up to a 40‑hour week.
• Complete and submit a ‘Questionnaire for National Security Positions Standard Form (SF86)’ within 90 days of employment as applicable for secret clearance.

• Working knowledge of the PSNS work areas, including waterfront areas, preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 6 months of janitorial experience preferred.

• Lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods; climbing in and out of a vehicle; up/down stairs.
• Persevere under pressure for extended periods.

• Valid state driver’s license; must obtain and maintain Tessera insurance coverage.
• REAL ‑compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative (U.S. passport, military ) for access to federal installation.
• Must obtain and maintain security clearance and installation access; background check and E‑Verify conducted.
