We are hiring a dependable Property Associate to support daily site operations at our Brenham Self Storage facility in Brenham, TX.

This role is focused on customer service, basic administrative tasks, and keeping the property running smoothly and securely. Full training is provided.

This is a structured, entry-level position designed for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

• Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and account questions
• Process payments and basic transactions
• Answer phone calls and handle walk-in customers
• Perform routine property walkthroughs
• Report maintenance or security issues
• Maintain cleanliness of office and property areas
• Follow daily operational checklists

• Reliable and punctual work history
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple systems)
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to work independently after training
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

No prior self-storage experience required.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to walk the property and work outdoors (up to 50% of shift)
• Routine light cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas
