Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
Maintain and repair core kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, refrigeration, beverage systems, ice machines; coordinate with service vendors for major repairs;
Preventive Maintenance:
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance routines and maintain service logs;
Facilities & Building Upkeep:
Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC, and general repairs;
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure equipment operates within food safety and operational standards and assist readiness for inspections;
Operational Support:
Prioritize repairs impacting peak operations and communicate status to the General Manager
