Lead maintenance staff and contractors to plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance tasks.;
Assign and supervise work orders and audits; ensure safety and quality standards.;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations; maintain equipment and facilities.;
Train and develop maintenance personnel; monitor staff performance and provide feedback.;
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory; utilize CMMS for work orders.
