• Plan, coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements

• Demonstrate a commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization and project management skills
• Manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Lift and mobilize items up to 75 l bs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Maneuver effectively around Outlet floor, stock room and office
• This role entails prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
