Complete physical rounds daily and inspect the facility for issues to be repaired;
Minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs of facility and equipment within;
Check maintenance request logbooks and make appropriate corrections;
Work closely with staff to improve quality of living quarters of residents;
Perform other duties requested by staff and supervisors within the facility, such as moving furniture, equipment repairs, and problem-solving issues as needed
