House Keeper - Brewton, AL

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our Brewton, AL facility. This role is essential in supporting the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of office spaces, employee common areas, and restrooms to ensure a positive environment for both employees and visitors.

• Perform general floor care including:
  • Vacuuming
  • Sweeping
  • Mopping
  • Spot-cleaning carpets
• Clean and maintain:
  • Office areas
  • Employee lounges/break areas
  • Conference rooms
  • Management offices
• Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture and surfaces as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Clean windows and glass surfaces in designated areas
• Restock kitchen, breakroom, and board room supplies as needed
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining cleaning supply inventory
• Report maintenance concerns, repairs, or replacement needs identified during daily tasks

• High School Diploma and/or GED is required
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to complete physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts
• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required

• Fast-paced professional office environment
• Position may require lifting cleaning supplies/equipment and standing for extended periods
