• Property Care – maintain grounds, buildings, and amenities, including cleaning, trash removal, and regular inspections.
• Preventative Maintenance – conduct routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent issues.
• Timely Repairs – respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests, minimizing disruption for residents.
• Unit Turnovers – prepare units for new occupants by ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with company standards.
• Emergency Response – handle emergency repairs efficiently and document incidents for insurance purposes.
• Compliance – maintain property compliance with safety regulations and Fair Housing standards.

• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience; property‑management experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 100pounds, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Team player who is reliable, collaborative, and takes ownership of tasks.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally between properties.
