Hackensack Meridian Health - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance to ensure safe, clean, functioning patient rooms and interior/exterior environment;
Act as liaison for new construction projects, coordinate with vendors and assist with technical designs and planned utility shutdowns;
Maintain PM schedule and logs, and manage work orders and shift service reports;
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and State documentation and OSHA standards;
Respond to emergencies with appropriate equipment and timely communication
