Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Your roleYour mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers’ technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
Responsibilities- Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
- Maintain fleet in the field.
- Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
- Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
- Improve measurable success to business targets.
- Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software.
- 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic.
- Appropriate electromechanical degree or training.
- Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
- Good command in English and knowledge of a second language is a bonus.
- High energy levels.
- Expected to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.

You will be part of our customer center in Hartford, CT. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, United States (US).
