Full-Time Porter – Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS)

Crescent Crossing, our 263-unit residential community in Bridgeport, CT 06608

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, one‑hour lunch break daily; weekends possible

Salary Range: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

• Competitive base hourly pay (discussed during interview)
• Automatic hourly pay increases every quarter after initial 90 days on the job; eligible for annual discretionary bonus at year‑end

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

• Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
• Experience
  • 1 or more years of related experience preferred
  • Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications
  • Valid driver’s license required
