Maintenance Technician

Our client, a high-end apartment and housing community management company, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property management support team, ensuring the community remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to property upkeep, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $720 weekly

** Shift:
** M-F, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks across the property

+ Complete light cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds

+ Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed

+ Remove debris, trash, and unwanted materials from the property

+ Assist with basic maintenance such as fixture repairs and equipment upkeep

** What's Needed?*

Experience with general maintenance or property upkeep preferred

+ Ability to handle physical work and use basic tools effectively

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

+ Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle report
