Maintenance Technician Opportunity

Our client, a high-end apartment and housing community management company, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property management support team, ensuring the community remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to property upkeep, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Bridgeport, WV

Pay Range: $720 weekly

Shift: M-F, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks across the property
• Complete light cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds
• Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed
• Remove debris, trash, and unwanted materials from the property
• Assist with basic maintenance such as fixture repairs and equipment upkeep

What's Needed?

• Experience with general maintenance or property upkeep preferred
• Ability to handle physical work and use basic tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle report
