MRK Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time on-site work at residential properties. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and carry out preventative maintenance, ensuring apartments are ready for new residents.
You will also inspect grounds, supervise contractors, and respond to emergencies per the on-call schedule. The role requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and 1–2 years of residential maintenance experience, with OSHA, EPA, or HVAC
