Our client is a leading manufacturing organization, and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their accounting team. They are a growing business, high energy, and friendly working environment. Great training on AP to add to your knowledge.
Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable- The AP will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
- Prepare invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
- Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
- Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
The Role
- Accounts Payable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Use Excel and be able to do reports as needed.
- JD Edwards experience is a plus or Food manufacturing exp
