Staffing agency hiring an Office Administrator to support a chemical manufacturing and distribution facility. This role handles customer service, order processing, and general office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Enter orders, create packing slips, invoices, and service orders
- Answer phones, assist customers, verify pricing, and process orders
- Coordinate shipping (UPS/freight), schedule pickups, and prepare documentation
- Maintain records (AR/AP, reports, compliance documentation, fleet records)
- Order raw materials and office supplies; support general administrative functions
- Previous office/admin and customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, written);
Spanish a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Experience with OSHA, MSDS, or chemical compliance preferred
