COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL- $70,000 – $140,000+ annual earning potential

RESPONSIBILITIES- Greet customers at their vehicle
- Write and close repair orders
- Present maintenance and manufacturer recommendations
- Sell needed services ethically and effectively
- Follow up on declined work
- Maintain strong CSI performance
- Coordinate with technicians for efficient workflow
- Manage promise times and customer expectations
- 2+ years AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR experience
- Dealership experience REQUIRED
- Strong sales / closing skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume environment
- Proven gross production history
- Professional communication and appearance
- Experience with AutoMAte,XTime, or similar software preferred
