Hydro Force Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Operations Coordinator to help manage our day‑to‑day operations at our office in Bridgeview, IL. This role is responsible for dispatching crews, scheduling jobs, communicating with customers, and ensuring our daily operations run efficiently. You’ll work closely with our technicians, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and leadership team to help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

- Dispatch technicians and crews to emergency and scheduled jobs.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners, property managers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Keep customers informed with timely updates throughout their project.
- Maintain accurate job information and scheduling within our CRM.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and daily logistics.
- Communicate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and technicians to ensure the day’s schedule runs smoothly.
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling.
- Support the leadership team with daily operational tasks.
- Help create an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and organization.
- Must be able to start work at 7 a.m. daily.
- Lead the daily morning huddle with technicians and Project Managers to review the day's schedule, assignments, priorities, and any operational updates.
- Experience in water & fire restoration, construction, logistics, dispatching, or another fast‑paced service industry is preferred.
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or operations experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Accurate data entry and strong computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
$55,000–75,000 yearly depending on experience within the water and fire restoration industry. Compensation based on experience and qualifications. Paid overtime when applicable. Paid Time Off (PTO). Paid Holidays. Opportunities for advancement.
