Customer Relations Representative

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented
Customer Relations Representative
to join our Service Department team. This role is key to keeping our customers informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout their service experience.

What You'll Do:

• Follow up with service customers via phone and email to ensure a positive experience
• Assist the Service Manager with customer communication and outreach
• Help resolve minor customer concerns and elevate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A positive, customer-first attitude
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-up
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer touchpoints
• Prior customer service or automotive experience a plus, but not required
