As a Bank Teller, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their transactions and inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.

• Greet customers warmly, providing them with friendly and professional service.
• Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.
• Maintain an organized and secure cash drawer, balancing at the end of each shift.
• Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential security risks in accordance with bank policies.
• Support the branch team in achieving sales and service goals by cross-selling relevant bank products and services.
• Stay informed about bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service and banking skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
• Previous cash-handling experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office equipment.
