Bring joy, connection, and meaningful moments to our residents! We're looking for a creative and compassionate Activity Aide to help plan and lead daily programs that keep our residents engaged, active, and smiling.
What You'll Do- Assist with planning and running fun, enriching activities
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Escort residents to and from programs
- Help set up, clean up, and organize activity supplies
- Support special events, holiday celebrations, and outings
- Build positive, supportive relationships with residents
- Friendly, upbeat personality
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lead small and large group activities - Experience in long-term care or recreation is a plus (not required)
