The hourly wage is $38.00, varying based on responsibilities and location.

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm + $0.65 shift differential
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Friday, 10:30 pm – 6:30 am + $0.85 shift differential

Training occurs on the 3rd Shift (Sunday – Friday, 10:30 pm – 6:30 am) with a $0.85 shift differential. The training period lasts up to 6 months.

$2,000 paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,500 after 6 months.

Performs troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; assists with servicing and repair of more complex equipment; complies with regulations and the department’s safety program.

• Performs troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment.
• Reads, analyzes, and interprets technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders.
• Inspects equipment during preventative maintenance and reports findings.
• Corrects electrical issues using knowledge of drives and PLCs.
• Ensures machine productivity and quality after repairs and changeovers.
• Completes work orders and updates the maintenance tracking system.
• Responds quickly to risks that may cause injury, rectifying immediate dangers.
• Communicates potential and existing issues to group leaders and maintenance manager.

Minimum high‑school diploma or GED plus an electrical apprenticeship and/or vocational school/technology certificate in electricity.

• Five (5) years of electrical technical hands‑on experience, including wiring automation machine control panels and PLCs.
• Good working knowledge of electricity and troubleshooting electrical issues, including 480 volts.
• Ability to troubleshoot control circuits, motors, motor‑control circuits, and other electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics and apply NEC requirements.
• Proficiency with hand, power, and specialty tools; diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read, use, and understand gauges, tools, and instruments relating to product quality and equipment repair.
• Independent work capability.
• Experience in industrial maintenance environments, including repair, troubleshooting machine issues, and general maintenance.
• Working knowledge of mechanics and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience in MIG and/or arc welding.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, cylinders, conveyors, etc.
• Forklift and scissor lift driving experience preferred but not required.
• Lathe operation experience preferred but not required.
• Organization and housekeeping skills.
• Good communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
