CNC Machine I, II & Specialist

Alsip, IL

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

Hourly rate: $23.89 - $27.51 plus $1.35/hr shift differential for 2nd shift. $1500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days.

The CNC Machine Operator is an experienced machine operator who is disciplined, creative, and an excellent problem solver who will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment. A successful candidate is a reliable individual who can read blueprints and hold tight tolerances with strong mechanical aptitude.

• Follow Standard Work:
  Machine setup, running parts and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect, deburr, perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment; select and preset tools for next scheduled job.
• Update and maintain all visual controls; create or support countermeasures; maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem-solving exercises.
• Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities.
• Follow company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual and collective safety; report unsafe practices.

• At least 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.
