Machine Operator​/Filling Operator

Gas Filling:
Operate specialized equipment to fill aerosol containers with propellant gases, ensuring accurate filling according to established specifications and safety standards.;
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, particularly when working with hazardous gases and materials, to maintain a safe working environment.;
Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
Operate and maintain propellant filling machinery and related equipment, including performing routine checks and basic troubleshooting.;
Quality Control:
Inspect filled containers for defects, leaks, and quality issues. Report any discrepancies or deviations from standards to the Production Supervisor. Perform hourly quality check to ensure compliance with customers specifications.;
Documentation:
Complete and maintain detailed logs of filling operations, including gas usage, quantities filled, and any issues encountered during the filling process.
