Thermoforming Machine Operator
, HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Bridgeview, IL

Compensation: $24.40 to $25.68 per hour, paid weekly with an additional $1 per hour shift differential.

• Safely and effectively operate thermoforming and extrusion equipment to produce quality product.
• Troubleshoot line issues with minimal assistance.
• Maintain run efficiencies for the line and product type.
• Ensure quality of products on line and complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in production start‑ups and shutdowns.
• Train future technicians in both technical duties and good working practices.
• Communicate daily with shift management to target problem areas and devise action plans.
• Follow all company established rules and policies.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean, and tidy.

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Thermoforming experience required; plastics extrusion preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and off‑shifts as needed.
