Job Overview

Thermoforming Machine Operator – Bridgeview, IL, hiring immediately. This role requires operating thermoforming and extrusion equipment to produce quality products. Shift options include day (7 AM – 7 PM) and night (7 PM – 7 AM) with a 2‑2‑3 schedule.

Pay range: $24.40 – $25.68 per hour, paid weekly, with an additional $1 per hour shift differential.

• Safely operate thermoforming and extrusion equipment to produce quality product.
• Troubleshoot line issues with minimal assistance.
• Maintain run efficiencies for the line and product type.
• Ensure quality of products on line and complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist in production start‑ups and shutdowns.
• Train future technicians in technical duties and good working practices.
• Communicate daily with shift management to target problem areas and devise action plans.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility ensuring a safe, clean, tidy environment.

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Must have thermoforming experience; plastics extrusion preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed.
