Retail Associate @ Chicago Stars

Job Summary

Summary: Sales and Ecomm Associate that can give friendly and efficient customer service, work in a high paced environment, and can be flexible to last minute changes to help drive retail revenue for the Chicago Stars FC.

Requirements:

• Available to work in all Chicago Stars Home Games
• Available Weekends
• Able to stand for long hours (+9 hours)
• Able to lift boxes up to 50lbs
• Able to work outdoors (varying weather conditions)
• Friendly Customer service skills
• Communication Skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load/unload merchandise on to truck to transport to stadium on match days
• Stocks shelves, counters and tables with merchandise
• Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Efficiently and correctly process sales on a handheld device
• Count, tag, and organize merchandise efficiently onto corresponding shelves
• Accurately and efficiently personalize jerseys; comfortable working around a heat press
• Maintains clean and safe work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Locations:
  Franklin Park, Evanston, Chicago
