Blast It Clean is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team at our Bridgeview, Illinois location. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, working as part of a team, and learning new skills in the industrial construction and coatings industry. Our crews perform industrial sandblasting, surface preparation, painting, and protective coating work for commercial and industrial clients.
The work takes place in a variety of job‑site environments, both indoors and outdoors. Employees should be comfortable with physically demanding work and working in different conditions throughout the year.
We value open communication, honesty, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for individuals who show up ready to work, follow instructions, take safety seriously, and are willing to learn. Training will be provided on company procedures, safety requirements, equipment, sandblasting, painting, and coating processes. Previous experience in construction, industrial painting, sandblasting, or mechanics is a plus, but training is available for candidates who are motivated to learn.
Familiarity with OSHA standards is required.
A valid Illinois Class C driver’s license is required. Employees should also have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts. This position includes opportunities for overtime, performance‑based pay, and out‑of‑town travel for certain projects.
