MANUFACTURING MATERIAL HANDLER – LEAD (HIRING IMMEDIATELY) – Bridgeview, IL. Lead a shift of material handlers to ensure efficient product flow throughout the plant and local distribution centers. Minimum 2‑3 years forklift experience and logistics warehouse leadership experience required. The position is cross‑functional to Bridgeview and the BP4 (Massasoit) location as needed.

Shift: 7:00AM – 7:00PM on a 2‑2‑3 schedule. Compensation: $24.44 per hour, paid weekly, with eligibility for annual and skill‑based wage increases. Eligible for monthly bonuses based on plant productivity.

• Direct work assignments of lift truck operators and carrier drivers
• Drive a culture of safe work practices and a team‑oriented environment
• Execute standard work to ensure production materials are replenished for continuous operations
• Effectively communicate daily priorities through daily meetings, one‑on‑one engagements, and Tier meetings
• Coordinate and collaborate warehouse operations with all departments
• Perform daily safety, warehouse, forklift, and line inventory audits
• Provide supervisory support as needed
• Provide forklift training for new hires and re‑certifications
• Support the Inventory Team and receive railcar/bulk truck material as required
• Perform other tasks as directed by management

• Previous logistics warehouse leadership experience
• WMS software experience
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational, math, and problem‑solving skills
• Must pass LTO training and testing
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Bilingual communication skills preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
