MULTI-SITE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for AERONAUT & AXIS.

Weymouth, MA & Bridgewater, MA. Salary Range: $24 - $28 per hour. Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician!

Claremont is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of care with the operation and upkeep of 2 of our properties: 3 days at Aeronaut in Weymouth and 2 days at Axis in Bridgewater, MA. This is a full-time position with an on‑call bonus.

• Maintain the daily upkeep of the interior of the property including cleaning, painting, plumbing, HVAC systems and electrical.
• Perform scheduled and non‑scheduled general maintenance to ensure safe operations.
• Provide meticulous care and cleanliness of all supplies and equipment while maintaining inventory.
• Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) and company standards.
• Interact with tenants, vendors, customers, employees, etc. in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work an on‑call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, roof repairs, plumbing, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ability to lift and/or move 35 pounds and up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
