Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location:

Lakeshore Center, Bridgewater, MA
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $23.50/hr

Full-time position with on-call bonus.

• Maintain daily upkeep of interior property: cleaning, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled general maintenance to ensure safe operations.
• Provide meticulous care and cleanliness of all supplies and equipment while maintaining inventory.
• Operate within OSHA and company standards.
• Interact with tenants, vendors, customers, employees, etc. in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work an on-call rotation. Perform snow removal (seasonal).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, roof repairs, plumbing, etc.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills with timely and courteous response to inquiries.
• Ability to lift and/or move 35 pounds and up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
