Laurel Circle is seeking a Painter to complete refurbishment and painting projects under the supervision of the Director of Facility Services. This full-time position includes every other weekend, with a schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities include preparing apartments, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with equipment installation and repairs. The role requires 1–2 years painting/maintenance experience, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
