Monarch Communities in Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep the community safe, clean and comfortable. You’ll perform routine maintenance, install and service equipment, and prepare apartments for move-ins, reporting to the Maintenance Director.
The full-time shift runs Sunday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, paying $20 per hour. This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of hands-on maintenance experience, with proficiency in basic computer tools.
