Viva Lakeshore in Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain the interior and exterior of the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep. Work hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties and potential overtime.
Responsibilities include routine repairs, interaction with tenants and vendors, and ensuring a high standard of safety and cleanliness. Experience with maintenance tasks and a valid driver’s license are required.
